Dominic has been helping families buy and sell homes since 2003. Dominic is the Owner and Designated Broker of Concierge Service Properties.
In addition to having sold hundreds of properties in the Lake Havasu City area, Dominic's background in construction as Project Manager for his family's development company gives him a deeper understanding of a how a home is put together. Dominic became a Realtor in 2003, a Broker in 2007, and formed The Concierge Service Team in 2008, and then started Concierge Service Properties in 2011. Dominic is an internet marketing expert. He oversees the team's home marketing and buyer generation strategy, and trains and coaches the team's Buyer and Listing Specialists.
In establishing The Concierge Service Team, Dominic has made it the team's commitment to place their client's interests ahead of all others, including their own.
Outside of real estate, Dominic is a marathon runner and he is passionate about his volunteer work with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training. Team In Training is the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's largest fundraiser. It's mission is to cure blood cancers. It is the largest endurance event training program in the world, having helped hundreds of thousands of people train for endurance events and raised over $1 Billion dollars for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Dominic volunteers as a mentor to other runners and walkers who are training for half and full marathon events and raising money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. He participates in weekly training practice runs, leads a pace group at team practices and assists group participants with their fundraising efforts. Dominic's father is a cancer survivor in remission having beaten Lymphoma, so Dominic's participation with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society has an especially personal connection for him.
Dominic is a skilled architectural draftsman and designer. He enjoys interior design, drawing, sketching, website and graphic design, woodworking, and golf. He is a voracious reader. He doesn't watch much television, but Dominic is a die-hard fan of the show Survivor and his all time favorite show is SCRUBS. Dominic loves spending time with his Chocolate Labrador, Mason. |

Accepting An Offer >Offers and Counter Offers
Many of the offers real agents submit for prospective buyers aren't exactly what the sellers want. The price may be lower than they are asking or there might be terms included in the offer that will require negotiation. What happens after the offer is submitted?
The seller's real estate agent will present the offer to the sellers, along with the buyer's qualifications. If the sellers accept the offer, then a purchase agreement is written and signed by both parties. If the sellers counter the offer, the next action is initiated by the buyers when they make a response, either accepting the counter offer or countering it with yet another figure. If you want to buy a particular house, your chances of succeeding are greater if your initial offer is as close to the asking price as possible. You could save money by engaging in lengthy negotiations, but you run the risk of losing the home if a more attractive offer comes in from another buyer.
