With years of involvement in construction as Project Manager for his father's family-owned construction company, DPL Development, and his experience in the local Lake Havasu Real Estate market - Dominic has the expertise and track record of accomplishments to achieve success for our clients. The youngest of three boys in his family, he's spent lots of time on the job with his Father and best friend, Dan. Dominic's family has been involved in construction for over 20 years; consequently, he's literally grown up in the real estate industry. As a result of his involvement, he's developed an extensive understanding of home construction and design over the past 12 years. He is very active in all aspects of the Lake Havasu Real Estate industry; he was elected and serves as a Director on the Lake Havasu Association of REALTORS Board of Directors. Dominic quickly excelled and became one of the top producing Realtors for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Lake Havasu during his three year tenure at the brokerage. He joined Joanna & Associates Realty in 2006 where he managed Joanna's team until 2007.
Outside of real estate, Dominic enjoys relaxing on our beautiful lake, learning how to wakeboard and spending free time with friends and family. He is an avid reader, enjoys working on computers and learning more about website design. He loves to draw and create things - whether it be seeing one of his home designs come to life in 3-D or building ceramic pottery and art. He is happily working on obedience training with his one year old chocolate Labrador puppy, Mason.

Wanda purchased her first home in Lake Havasu in 1980 and has lived here full time for over over 15 years.
